View institution practical learning analytics

Review cross-offering adoption, completion, assessment health, and academic operations for Practical Learning in your institution.

Before you begin

Your institution must have Practical Learning available.
You need an institution Owner or Admin membership with Academic administration access.
Open Institution Workspace → Academic → Practical Learning Analytics.

The Practical Learning Analytics page aggregates metrics from Course Offerings in your institution:

Adoption — how many Course Offerings have published practical activities, enrolments, and engagement.
Completion and engagement — active students, engagement rate, and average completion across offerings.
Assessment health — evidence submission counts, pending reviews, and review turnaround.
Academic operations — at-risk student counts and open interventions aligned with offering monitoring.
Course Offering roll-up — per-offering summary rows with a link to offering-level Analytics.

These metrics are computed when you open the page. They do not replace Progress records or grades.

The download includes institution totals and one row per Course Offering. Exports are audited.
