Accessibility Statement

Version 1.0 Last updated: 12 July 2026

1. Our Commitment

AppliedMode is committed to making the Platform accessible to instructors, students, and administrators, including people who use assistive technologies. We aim to align with recognised accessibility standards and to improve continuously based on feedback and testing.

2. Standards and Approach

We design and test Platform interfaces with accessibility in mind, including keyboard navigation, readable typography, sufficient colour contrast where feasible, semantic structure, and responsive layouts for mobile devices.

3. Supported Browsers and Assistive Technologies

The Platform supports current versions of major browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on desktop and mobile. We test with commonly used screen readers and browser zoom settings, though experiences may vary by device and assistive technology combination.

4. Known Limitations

Some third-party integrations, uploaded documents, or institution-provided content may not meet accessibility standards. Institutions should provide accessible alternatives where required by law or institutional policy.

5. Reporting Accessibility Issues

If you encounter a barrier when using the Platform, please contact accessibility@appliedmode.com with a description of the issue, the page or feature involved, your browser and assistive technology, and any steps to reproduce the problem.

6. Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing priority. We review feedback, audit new features, and prioritise remediations as part of our product development process.
