Submit evidence for an activity attempt
Package files, links, notes, or provider artefacts as evidence against an Activity Attempt and submit them for review.
Before you begin
- Your institution must have Practical Learning available.
- You need an active Academic Enrolment on the Course Offering.
- Start or resume an Activity Attempt from the Activities tab first.
- Rubrics and grades are not part of this guide; they arrive in a later release.
Steps
- Open Institution Workspace and go to the Course Offering.
- Open the Submissions section.
- Find your Activity Attempt and choose Prepare evidence if you do not yet have a draft.
- Add evidence items: a file upload, link, note, or provider artefact (laboratory or simulation session).
- Choose Submit evidence when the package is ready.
- If teaching staff return the package for revision, update your items and submit again.
- You may Withdraw a draft or open package that has not yet been accepted.
What happens next
Teaching staff may return the package for revision or accept and lock it. Accepted evidence cannot be edited. Contact your lecturer if you need access restored after acceptance.
