Reset your password

Reset steps

1. Go to the sign-in page.
2. Select Forgot password.
3. Enter the email address registered to your account.
4. Follow the link in the email to choose a new password.

Did not receive the email?

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Confirm you used the same email address your institution registered.
• Wait a few minutes and try again.
• Contact your institution administrator if the address may be incorrect.
