Complete student onboarding
Set your password, complete your profile, and continue to your courses after your first invitation or bulk enrolment.
Before you begin
- Your institution must turn on Student onboarding.
- You need an AppliedMode account created by invitation, bulk import, or sync.
Steps
- If you received a set password link, open it and choose a new password (at least 10 characters).
- Or use Forgot password on the sign-in page, then sign in.
- After sign-in, complete any profile or welcome steps shown.
- Optionally enter a join code if your lecturer shared one.
- Select Continue to my courses to open My Learning.
Notes
- Onboarding does not create a second account type — you stay on the same User, Membership, and Enrolment records.
- Expired set-password links cannot be reused; ask your institution for a new link or use Forgot password.
